I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered very good views of the rear gardens but were rather plain. The service, while welcoming and friendly, felt a bit like Faulty Towers at times. The location was excellent, right across from the monorail to the mountain and a short walk to the city center. The dining options, although inclusive with both salty and sweet choices, could be more satisfying. Overall, a decent value for money stay with some room for improvement.
